Beyond Crisis – What Comes Next?

Wednesday 8th of April

If you missed it, there is still time to watch the webinar with Chris Paton, MD of Quirk Solutions and Strategy Execution expert and Phil Jones, MD of the UK arm of Brother below.

THE WEBINAR HAS ENDED

For many of us, the recent weeks have been about immediate action and crisis management. We are now moving into the next phase – in which we will be required to sustain ourselves, our teams and our businesses for a potentially prolonged and very challenging period.

About the Webinar

In this webinar, Chris and Phil explored the impact this will have on our leadership and personal resilience and broach some of the unpalatable decisions we may be faced with.

They have discussed about the things we should be focusing on and the ways in which we should be adapting to meet this ‘new norm’ and to what should be forefront of many people’s minds right now – the resumption of operations.

This will not be easy; as we won’t be returning to business as usual. There is a lot to consider in terms of when people come back and how they will feel, as well as external factors such as changes to the markets, clients and competitors.

This session was designed to provoke thought and enable a discussion among all the attendees – via interactive chat and Q&A.
