Speaking Topics & Format
All of the Quirk Solutions team are accomplished speakers but our expert for speaking engagements is Managing Director, Chris Paton.
Chris Paton is a former Royal Marine Commando and an expert on enhancing performance through state-of-the-art planning, using intelligent assessment tools such as wargaming.
As a speaker with significant real-world experience, Chris uses sophisticated scenario-planning and war games to identify and address the gap between strategy and execution.
In his sessions, Chris takes top organisations through rigorous simulations to stress-test their plans and desired goals before committing resources to action – saving them time and money in the short and long term. And this approach has proven highly effective in strengthening strategic advantages by showing decision-makers how to plan in ‘fluid situations’ and improve results.
Having worked in many countries throughout his military and business careers, Chris’s message is universal and his workshops and keynote speeches have measurable, practical value for CEOs and executives concerned with maximising performance.

“Chris was recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint. Interesting, dynamic and very professional he had an immediate understanding for what we wanted to achieve from the keynote session. Chris brought a highly relevant and applicable methodology to his presentation with several delegates seeking him out after to discuss in greater detail. He has an easy and relaxed approach to speaking and as a result struck up a great rapport with the audience, keeping delegates engaged for the entirety of his address. I would highly recommend Chris as a speaker and will certainly use him again for one of our future events.”
