Mark Hardie

Mark Hardie

Mark spent 16 years in the Royal Marines and recently completed 2 years as a Lieutenant Colonel leading on the organisational response to the Marine A case and driving professional standards and discipline related performance issues across the organisation. He continues to deliver major events for the Royal Marines, notably the annual Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Royal Albert Hall which thanks to his live stream initiative now reaches a global audience on social media.

Mark is an Ashridge trained executive Coach; completed the Ashridge/UK Sport World Class Mentoring programme in 2017; is a Mind Fitness trainer – utilising mindfulness techniques to boost recovery and resilience, has a BA in Business Organisation and a Masters in War in the Modern World from Kings College London. His current area of focus is professional ethics and standards supporting the delivery of the Naval Service Ethics Programme.

In 2018 he hopes to commence a Masters in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health with Kings College London.
