Having served for 16 years as an Officer in the Royal Engineers he is acutely aware that complex problems require more than just technical solutions and is passionate about applying leadership skills and behavioural science to unlock the potential of individuals and teams.

During his military career Nick served on operations in the UK, Africa, The Balkans, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and commanded a Squadron of over 200 soldiers. He won the “Operational Engineering Award” for his design and construction of emergency Ebola hospitals in Sierra Leone, and his innovative designs for emergency flood defences saved the town of Romsey from catastrophic flooding.
