This privacy policy (this ” Policy“) explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Quirk Solutions Ltd. (collectively, “Quirk Solutions“, ” we“, “our” or ” us“). This Policy applies to visitors and users (individually, “you“) of the Quirk Solutions website, applications, and other online services (each, a “Site“, and collectively, our “Sites“).  By visiting or using our Sites, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you are consenting to our gathering and processing information about you in accordance with this Policy, although consent may not be required for all of the elements described in this Policy. For particular types of information or processing, we may provide you with choices or request your further consent related to what information we collect and how we may process it.

We do not share any information with third parties. Business Information. If you are one of our suppliers, we will hold your business financial information (sort code, account number, addresses) in order to facilitate payments from us to you. If you are one of our clients, we will hold your business address in order to be able to invoice you for services provided.

II. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Our Role as Data Controller and Data Processor. We generally act as the data controller and processor of your information; however, due to our small size as a business, we outsource our marketing capability and our marketing agent act as one of our data processors.  In accordance with GDPR regulations, we have a responsibility to ensure that our data processor is compliant with the GDPR legislation.

Retention. We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfil the Purposes outlined in this Policy and as otherwise needed to comply with applicable law and internal company policies.

III. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share your information with any third parties other than the marketing agency described above and for the purposes described above.

We take commercially-reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Text Messages. If you no longer want to receive text messages from us, reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) in the text message.

VII. ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

The Information described above is held in the UK.  If you are an international client or supplier, this means your information will be transferred to the UK.

Any updates will become effective immediately after posting the updates to this Policy and apply to all information collected about you, or where required, upon your consent. You agree that you will review this Policy periodically. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. X. CHILDREN
Our services are not intended for and may not be used by individuals under the age of 16 (or a lower age if permitted by the laws of their residence) (Children). We do not knowingly collect personal data from Children or allow them to register. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a Child, we may delete this information without notice. XIII. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
